If the staff can be bothered to leave their computers, they have a poor knowledge of their stock. I encountered a lazy article, complete with piercing, in the bathrooms department. Couldn't care less. Went to B&Q Coatbridge: they had they item which the lazy article in Falkirk said had been discontinued. No wonder the place is quiet ... !
