  Was in the Falkirk store Monday 12th march and had a fabulous experience was struggling with my shopping at the till and staff member Mags went above and beyond her duty, she came round and helped me get my shopping onto the belt as I have my arm in plaster, she packed all my shopping for me and was so pleasant and made my day with her pleasant and helpful manner. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to shop here now.

  Very bad service!!!! Ordered 2 x fish and chips, chicken nuggets and chips and a cheeseburger and chips. Waited for 20 minutes, girl came up with one fish and chips and a kids pizza and chips, said no cheeseburger was ordered! Brought other fish and chips. The person serving at the till obviously didn’t have a clue what she was doing! I’d need to wait for my order of a cheeseburger!!! Terrible service! Ever since they stopped ordering at the start this cafe has gone to pot! It needs to change. Or customers like us will not be back!!!!!!!!
