  just a quick note to commend the service I received at this shop. Dropped my phone in the loo! was offered very good deal on early upgrade and the man I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure I got the best value and most appropriate deal for me.

  Can't belive the poor customer service I have received, I had smashed my screen on my sony accidentally ,so tried to get it replaced , no where could do it besides o2 themself (scam) , i was informed that it would need to be sent away and that i will get a call to let me know the cost.. this was perfect n did happen how ever i was then told the only way the repair could start was when i paided for it, this was a problem as i was away n the only way i could pay apparently was going back into the shop,which was a joke, and complete inconvenience, any way as soon as i was home i went all the way back in and paid for it, was told again that the repair would take around 24 hours , 3 days later i received a text to say they are waiting on parts which could take 5 working days and if it is over this time they will send a replacement phone. What a joke.. I called the o2 shop to find out more info but was told the same thing as the text. I am due to go away on Friday and I won't have my phone back, plus £124 to fix a screen... more then an Iphone, o2 kepted that quite when i bought it. i am so pissed off with the service.
